Evernorth Health Services plans a $30 million build-out of an 88,972-square-foot space for offices, pharmacy distribution and a warehouse in a new Lewisville business park, according to a state construction filing.

The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation record, created Oct. 9, carries the name "Evernorth Health Services Tenant Finish-out." The filing places it in Building 6 of Lewisville 121 Business Park Phase II at 1252 Spinks Road.

Construction would begin Dec. 1 and wrap up by Oct. 30, 2027, according to the record. It lists the job as new construction, privately funded on private land for private use, and answers "no" when asked whether the tenant is providing the money.

The property owner is listed as CAL TDC Lewisville 121 Phase 2 LLC of Houston, and BW Design Group of Fort Worth is the design firm. A registered accessibility specialist based on State Highway 121 in Lewisville filed the registration; under the state rule cited on the record, the owner must have the finished building inspected by such a specialist within a year of completion.

The filing does not say how many people would work at the site, what products the pharmacy distribution operation would handle or when employees would move in. We found no announcement from the company and no news coverage of the Lewisville project as of early Tuesday.

The state database lists only a handful of new commercial registrations in Denton County since Oct. 8, and this one carries the highest estimated cost. The others include a $26 million remodel and addition at The Colony's recreation center.
