Costumed riders will pedal multi-seat party bikes between bars and restaurants in The Lakefront District later this month, as the Town of Little Elm partners with Dallas Bike Bar on Halloween-themed rides.

The route begins at The Lawn and stops at The Elm, Fuzzy's Taco Shop, Towers Tap House and Tinman Social, according to the town's event listing. Music plays along the way, drinks are part of the ride, and costumes are encouraged. Spots are limited and riders must reserve ahead.

The listing gives these two-hour ride slots:

  • Friday, Oct. 16: 7 to 9 p.m.
  • Saturday, Oct. 17: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., 4 to 6 p.m. and 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
  • Sunday: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. and 4 to 6 p.m.

The calendar entry runs Oct. 16 through Oct. 18, but the schedule inside it labels the Sunday rides Oct. 25, so anyone hoping for a Sunday slot should check the date when booking. The town's page did not list prices.

'80s rock at the park

That Saturday, Oct. 17, LC Rocks, which calls itself Texas' top '80s tribute band and also plays '70s and '90s rock, is booked for a 7 p.m. concert at Little Elm Park, 701 W. Eldorado Parkway, the town calendar shows.

The park has been under renovation. In its August executive report, the town said crews were working through final punch-list items on a project that includes an amphitheater remodel with technology upgrades and better lawn seating, primitive campsites with utilities, a restroom and shower building, pavilions, a lighted overflow parking lot and a pedestrian bridge.

Another busy Saturday

The Lawn at The Lakefront has a full schedule on Saturday, Oct. 24: yoga at 10 a.m. (bring a mat or towel), a farmers market with Four Seasons Markets running 10 a.m. until 2 p.m., a Kids Market of booths run by young entrepreneurs from 6 to 9 p.m., and a free outdoor screening of "Scoob!" at 7 p.m.
