Rockfish Seafood & Grill plans to open a new restaurant in Frisco during November. The establishment will introduce the company's updated branding alongside new food offerings. The location is situated at 9179 Dallas Parkway, Suite 170. The site is near Toyota Stadium, The Star, the Dallas Cowboys headquarters, and downtown Frisco. Frisco is about 7 miles east of Little Elm.

Operating hours will run from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. from Sunday through Thursday. On Fridays and Saturdays, the restaurant will remain open until midnight. The menu will include fresh fish selections and established dishes such as Ahi Tuna Nachos, Volcano Shrimp, Shrimp and Grits, and the Redfish St. Charles. New additions to the menu include Ribeye steak and BBQ Ribs.

Tommy Lee, the chief executive officer and president of Rockfish, stated that the expansion follows a positive reception at the Lewisville location. He noted that the company aims to reach a broader audience with its refreshed brand. Lee described Frisco as having a flourishing market and a community focused on family life, which creates a welcoming environment for the business. He expressed anticipation for serving fresh seafood and grilled items to local residents.

Additional details regarding the opening were not provided. Information about the restaurant is available on its Frisco Facebook page.
