Man, 20, Rushed to Hospital After Drowning Incident at Little Elm Beach

Emergency crews rescued a 20-year-old man from Little Elm Beach Sunday afternoon and transported him to a local hospital following a drowning incident.

A 20-year-old man was transported to a local hospital Sunday afternoon after being pulled from the water at Little Elm Beach, according to local authorities.

The Little Elm Fire Department received initial reports of a missing swimmer around 12:30 p.m. and dispatched personnel to the scene. Search operations were immediately launched to locate the individual in the water.

Members of the Lewisville Fire Department Dive Team located the man approximately an hour later, around 1:37 p.m. Responders pulled him from the water and began resuscitation efforts on-site.

First responders subsequently transported the victim to a nearby hospital. His current medical status remains unknown.

Officials have not released the identity of the man involved in the incident. Further details regarding the circumstances of the drowning or his condition have not yet been provided.
