As the Baylor Bears prepare for their season opener, the offensive line is undergoing significant adjustments. With only one returning full-time starter, Kaden Sieracki at right tackle, the team faces challenges following the departure of Yakiri Walker, a Memphis transfer who was anticipated to start at center but is now a coach due to a denied injunction.

In this evolving scenario, Koltin Sieracki has emerged as a strong contender for the center position. Offensive line coach Austin Woods highlighted Sieracki's extensive practice reps over the summer and his readiness to start against Auburn. Woods commended Sieracki's leadership and performance, stating that he has excelled in communication and high-level play.

Koltin Sieracki, who is 6 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 317 pounds, served as the sixth lineman last season and has started games at both right guard and center. Although initially slated for a guard position this season, he has shifted his focus to center, a role he prefers.

Sieracki expressed his comfort and enjoyment in taking on the physical demands of the center position.

The offensive line's setup continues to develop, with Nate Kibble from Texas and Asher Hale from South Alabama expected to play alongside Sieracki at guard. Logan Moore, a UAB transfer, has been designated for left tackle, while Cole Rhett from Toledo is being utilized in multiple positions, suggesting he may be vying for a starting spot or could fill Sieracki's former sixth lineman role.

Woods noted the progress of Rhett and Hale, emphasizing their improvement as they gain experience during fall camp. The final offensive line configuration is yet to be determined as the team gears up for the matchup against Auburn.
