Little Elm Park will turn into a haunted lakeside on Friday, Oct. 30, when the town stages Nightmare Over Little Elm Park: The Trilogy, according to the Town of Little Elm's event calendar.

The evening runs from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the park, 701 W. Eldorado Parkway. The town is billing a combined drone and fireworks show as the closing act of the night.

What a ticket covers

Admission is by ticket, sold on Eventbrite and at the gate, and the town says tickets are nonrefundable. Parking costs $10 per vehicle. The event goes on rain or shine.

A ticket includes:

  • trick-or-treating
  • bounce houses
  • a pumpkin drop from a fire truck
  • hayrides
  • live music from LC Rocks, an '80s tribute band
  • the drone and fireworks finale

Food trucks, a bar and vendors will be on site.

A separate sing-along concert

Earlier the same evening, the park will host Huntrix: The Sing Along Experience, a concert built around music inspired by the animated film K-Pop Demon Hunters. It starts at 5 p.m. and is ticketed separately, according to the town's listing. After the set, performers will hold a first-come, first-served meet and greet at 7 p.m.

Vendors

The event's vendor page lists marketplace and promotional vendor spots, with applications due Monday, Oct. 5. Vendors bring their own tents, tables and power, and food sellers must meet health department rules.

Ticket prices were not listed on the town's calendar; they are posted on the Eventbrite page linked from the town's site. Other October dates on the town calendar include DEA Drug Take Back Day on Oct. 24 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Public Safety Building, 88 W. Eldorado Parkway.
