Angie’s, a Phoenix-based fast-food chain, opened its second Texas location in Little Elm on June 5. The new restaurant occupies the former Bojangles building at 2823 Eldorado Parkway and marks the chain’s 24th location overall. Its first North Texas site is located in Plano.
The Little Elm outlet aims to provide fresh, affordable options, highlighted by a signature fresh-cut salad priced at $4.99. The menu also includes protein bowls starting at $6.99, burgers, house-made falafel, quesadillas, fried chicken, and seafood. The company states that all chicken served is antibiotic-free, a feature co-founder Tony Christofellis attributes to the business model’s focus on efficiency.
Christofellis founded the restaurant with Roushan Christofellis to honor Tony’s mother, Angela, who immigrated from Greece to Boston and ran her own seafood establishment. The chain’s mission emphasizes making premium ingredients accessible to a broad customer base. This opening follows the recent closure of several Salad and Go locations in the region.
