Cobie Durant, Malik Hooker, P.J. Locke and DeMarvion Overshown have been ruled out for Dallas' Week 3 game against the Baltimore Ravens in Brazil. The Cowboys and Ravens are both 1-1 this NFL season.
Dallas is designated as the home team for the 3:25 p.m. CT game at Maracanã Stadium in Rio de Janeiro, and the four players will not make the trip after missing practices Wednesday and Thursday.
Durant started Dallas' first two games after joining the Cowboys this offseason following four seasons with the Rams. He played 87 defensive snaps before suffering a hamstring injury in last Sunday's win over Washington and was expected to miss multiple weeks.
Hooker has been out since fracturing his forearm in the season opener against the New York Giants, when he started and played 12 defensive snaps.
Locke replaced Hooker against Washington, starting and playing 31 defensive snaps before tearing the plantar fascia in his foot. Overshown will miss his second consecutive game because of a hamstring strain suffered in the opener. He started that game, recorded seven tackles and left with the injury.
