FRISCO - Big 12 Football Media Days is returning to The Star, only about seven miles east of Little Elm.
The July 7-8 event is where Big 12 coaches and selected players begin the public push toward the season. It brings interviews, television coverage and the first wave of league storylines before games arrive.
For Little Elm, the proximity is the story. Coach Prime and Colorado will be part of the attention, Big 12 Commissioner Brett Yormark will help frame the league picture, and quarterbacks including Noah Fifita, Conner Weigman and DJ Lagway will be watched closely.
