Fields West, a 55-acre retail and office district located along the Dallas North Tollway in Frisco, has secured 75 percent of its leasing with 44 signed agreements, as reported by developer The Karahan Companies in late July. This significant milestone includes the addition of seven new tenants: Boll & Branch, Evereve, Flower Child, Lululemon, SusieCakes, Tecovas, and Warby Parker.
Fehmi Karahan, the developer, stated, "This announcement is a testament to the strength of Fields West, our partners, and the growth in North Texas." Construction on the project began in the fall of 2025, with plans for phased openings starting in late 2027 and extending into 2028.
The district will feature a total of 360,000 square feet dedicated to retail, dining, and entertainment, alongside 350,000 square feet of office space. Additionally, Columbus Realty Partners is developing 1,150 urban residences, and a luxury boutique hotel is also planned for the area.
Among the prominent tenants, Bloomie's, a smaller-format store from Bloomingdale's, will anchor the retail section. Mastro's Steakhouse is set to open its first location in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Other signed tenants include well-known names such as Sephora, Williams Sonoma, Crate and Barrel, Pottery Barn, Arhaus, and Alo Yoga.
On the dining front, Fields West will host a variety of restaurants, including North Italia, Shake Shack, Sixty Vines, Sweetgreen, and Starbucks, among others.
Fields West is situated within the larger Fields development, which spans 2,545 acres and is located between US-380 and Panther Creek Parkway in north Frisco. The overall plan for Fields includes up to 11 million square feet of corporate office space, one million square feet of retail and entertainment, and thousands of residential units.
The district's appeal to tenants is bolstered by its proximity to significant developments, including the PGA of America headquarters and the Omni PGA Frisco Resort, which is equipped with extensive meeting space. Universal is also developing its first theme park for younger children nearby, with an anticipated opening in 2026.
