Several new commercial ventures are preparing to open in the north Frisco area, including a salon, a dental practice, and a restaurant. These businesses are part of a broader wave of development in the region, which is located approximately 7 miles east of Little Elm.

Paul and Caren Wolf are set to open a new Boardroom Salon for Men. The couple, who have operated a location at the Plano Lakeside Market for over ten years, will manage the new Frisco site. This establishment will be the second Boardroom Salon in the city, with the first situated off Dallas Parkway.

Flourish Dental Boutique is also entering the market. The practice focuses on holistic dentistry, integrating standard dental procedures with wellness approaches such as nutritional therapy. Services offered include oral examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, dentures, pediatric care, emergency treatments, teeth whitening, and veneers.

In the commercial real estate sector, Mastro’s Steakhouse has joined more than two dozen other businesses leasing space in the Fields West development. The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation indicates that construction on Fields West is scheduled to begin in early 2027, with completion expected later that year. The project’s opening will occur in phases, spanning from mid-2027 into 2028.

Details regarding any business relocations were not provided in the available reports.
