Rodriguez and Pack Jr. Deliver the Blow
The Texas Longhorns’ offense exploded in the sixth inning, turning a two-run deficit into a commanding lead that would never be threatened. A. Rodriguez and A. Pack Jr. provided the firepower, combining for three home runs in the frame to shift the momentum entirely in favor of the home team.
A. Rodriguez launched a solo shot to right field, adding another run to the board. Shortly after, A. Pack Jr. connected on a home run to left, bringing in A. Robbins. Rodriguez completed his night with a second home run to right, this time driving in C. Early. These three blasts accounted for six of Texas’s 14 runs in a single inning, effectively ending any hope of an Alabama comeback.
Early Scoring Sets the Tone
